Cinnamon overnight oat

This is a well balanced and easy to make overnight oat recipe inspired by

Blackberry honey walnut overnight oats at quakeroats.com

Ingredients:

  • 1dl Oat
  • 1dl Milk
  • 1/2 pinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • fresh or frozen berries

Instructions:

  1. Mix

    Mix oat, salt, sugar, and cinnamon, in a bowl or container of your choice.

  2. Add milk

    Add milk and stir.

  3. Garnish

    If you have frozen berries top the oat with them.

  4. Rest in the fridge

    Put the bowl in the fridge overnight, at least 8 hours.

  5. Garnish

    If you have fresh berries top the oat.

  6. Extra milk

    If desired, pour over a dash more milk.
